📦 Shipping & Delivery

All cards are carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days after the break. We use top loaders, team bags, and secure packaging to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition. Tracking information will be provided once your package ships.

🛡️ Break Policies

Product Verification: We verify all products are factory-sealed before breaking. Any damaged or tampered packaging will be disclosed before the break begins.

Card Condition: Cards are shipped in the condition they come from the pack. We handle all cards carefully, but cannot guarantee mint condition as this is determined by the manufacturer.

Disputes: If you believe there was an error in your card allocation, please contact us within 48 hours of the break with specific details. We record all breaks for reference.
